Email us with your app version, device model, and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive medical information.
Privacy, withdrawal, and deletion
Use the subject “Biteometry privacy request.” To help locate a retained photo without an account, include its approximate upload date/time and time zone, and a description of the photo. You may provide a copy if you choose. We may need additional information to verify a request and avoid deleting someone else's data.
You can request deletion of identifiable retained photos or withdraw permission for their future use in improvement/training. Requests are handled manually; there is no automatic in-app deletion system. We cannot promise to reverse effects of training already completed, or instantly delete copies held by service providers under their applicable retention rules.
